A seriously injured woman, bitten by her own dog in the Oise

For some unknown reason, a dog attacked his mistress last weekend, causing serious injuries to her face and head. The victim’s vital prognosis is engaged. The gendarmerie opened an investigation to try to clarify the circumstances of the incident.

A sexagenarian has been hospitalized in serious condition since last Saturday (February 22, 2020), after being bitten by her dog , as reported by Le Parisien .

The victim was alone in the company of the animal, of the Dobermann breed, at his home located on Chemin de Crépy in Pointpoint , commune of Oise. Shortly after noon, without us yet knowing why, the quadruped attacked , biting her several times on the face and head . It wasn’t until he got home that his partner realized this, finding his wife injured and bleeding. The man immediately notified the emergency services and the gendarmes .

The dog’s owner was rushed to the University Hospital of Amiens , in the neighboring department of the Somme. Its vital prognosis is engaged .

After this attack, the family requested that the dog in question be euthanized . What was done in the afternoon.

The gendarmes opened an investigation in order to better understand the circumstances of the incident and to find the reason why the Dobermann had so violently attacked its owner. The latter has obviously not yet been heard by investigators, given his state of health.
