Trapped in a well 60 meters deep, a puppy waits for a week for help!

A dog despaired of getting out of a well one day after an unnoticed fall. A Turkish minister intervened to save him.

In Turkey, the city of Beykoz was the scene of a tragedy for a dog who fell into a well 60 meters deep. After a week, the residents of the neighborhood heard her moans. Arrived on the scene, the helpers were not sure to find a way to get him out of a well barely 30 centimeters in diameter.

But the latter did not intend to abandon the poor beast.

Firefighters and animal rescue organizations came to the rescue. They started by setting up a tent that would shelter the dog in the event of rain. They then brought down a camera that would show them what condition the animal was in.

Terrified and desperate after all this time spent alone at the bottom of the well, the dog had to wait another 10 days after which the rescuers still failed to save him. They did their best to treat and feed him while they tried to find a solution. They notably informed the Turkish media and national television.

It was then that the Minister of Energy, Berat Albayrak , got wind of the affair and ordered the Turkish Hard Coal Enterprises , a state-owned mining company, to take charge of the rescue, reports The Dodo .

Thanks to a mechanical device, the dog was finally able to be reassembled.
