Physical features
His coat: double (presence of undercoat), of short or medium length, of hard texture, ideally straight.
Its color: all colors, with or without white markings, but without white dominance.
His head: shape and appearance reminiscent of a fox. The skull is broad, flat and tapering towards the eyes, forming a dome above them. The stop is moderate. The nose is black and slightly prominent, the muzzle slightly thinned towards the nose and the jaws articulated in scissors.
Its ears: rather large in size, larger than those of the Welsh Corgi Pembroke, erect, broad at their base, with rounded ends and well set behind.
His eyes: medium in size, wide apart, dark in color or in keeping with that of the dress, displaying an expression of both gentleness, vigilance and alertness.
His body: longer than tall, strong enough. The top line is horizontal, the sides well defined, the chest moderately broad and the ribs well sprung.
Its tail: similar to that of the fox, of medium length, set at the level of the topline, carried low at rest, raised slightly above the topline when the dog is in action.
