Love strangers |
the Azawakh Greyhound is a very reserved dog towards people he does not know. On the other hand, he is very gentle towards his master and the members of his family , to whom he knows how to be affectionate . The Azawakh Greyhound is therefore a good daily companion, but his favorite field is hunting , a role for which he has traditionally been bred. Broken to the difficult living conditions of the nomads he accompanied, he inherited a fairly assertive character, but without being excessively stubborn. Lively and particularly attentive , it was used for sight hunting for gazelle, ostrich or hare.
