The investigators estimated that the Belgian Shepherd Malinois and his owner, met by the victim Elisa Pilarski during his walk on the day of the tragedy, could not have any connection with his death, because there was a mismatch of the schedules. Their track is therefore definitively ruled out.

On November 16, Elisa Pilarski , a great dog lover, was killed in the forest of Retz in the Aisne. Her companion had found her lifeless and mutilated body there, she who had been bitten by one or more canines . Suspicion quickly focused on his own dog , one of the couple’s 5 American Staffordshire Terriers by the name of Curtis , and a crew of hunting dogs present at the scene that day.

Another dog had been mentioned in this sad affair: a Belgian Malinois Shepherd whose victim had spoken to his companion in one of his messages preceding the attack. She found this animal aggressive and had even had a rather heated exchange with its owner.

However, as reported by BFM TV , this Malinois and his master have just been cleared by investigators. The latter have, in fact, established that there was a mismatch between the times of their presence and that of the death of Elisa Pilarski . So that makes one less track to follow.

As a reminder, DNA samples were taken from the 5 dogs of Elisa Pilarski and Christophe Ellul , who had recently sent her a moving posthumous message , as well as the sixty hunting dogs from the association Le Rallye de la Passion. . The results of these tests, which will most likely make it possible to know the identity of the animal that fatally bitten the victim, will not be known until next February.
