After an unsuccessful first phase of research, the emergency services called on Lipton, a dog from the Yvelines police canine brigade, to find a psychologically fragile sixty-year-old who had fled from the private hospital in Montgardé. The intervention of the quadruped was decisive in this rescue.
On the evening of Sunday, July 12, the nurse who was on call at the Montgardé clinic , located in Aubergenville (78), realized the disappearance of a patient . He immediately alerted the police who launched the search in the wake, reports Le Parisien .
The Yvelines police then brought in one of the dogs from the departmental canine brigade: Lipton , a Belgian Malinois Shepherd specialized in searching for people, like 2 other canines from the unit whose quarters are in Chesnay . This includes several other dogs trained in defense or even drug research .

Lipton didn’t take long to sniff out a lead. He ended up finding the sexagenarian at the end of a wood. She was lying on her back and hypothermic , but conscious . She was quickly taken care of and her health was no longer a cause for concern .
Once again, he’s a life-saving dog !
