Each year, more than 50,000 dogs arrive on French territory from abroad, particularly Hungary. Illegal breeding, documents provided without verification and disrespect of elementary health rules characterize this lucrative traffic.

The report shows an illegal Hungarian breeding farm where dogs of different breeds live in appalling conditions. These animals survive in cramped niches , surrounded by their droppings and receiving some semblance of meals that look more like vomit.
A breeder , filmed in secret, explains that it is enough to go to any veterinarian in the country by presenting the puppy, although too young, and an empty vaccine vial so that he delivers the documents allowing to pass the border.
