The incredible act of kindness to repatriate injured emotional support dog from the rubble of the destroyed building in Florida

The building collapse in Florida on July 9 left a plethora of physical and psychological damage. Emotional support dogs were taken to the scene of the tragedy to comfort victims and responders. One of them, Teddy, was seriously injured.

After helping many people through this difficult ordeal, Teddy , in turn, needed support.

An act of kindness her family will never forget

Teddy’s vet explained that a long drive home would be way too stressful and difficult for him. Indeed, his family currently lives in Philadelphia, just under 2,000 kilometers from Surfside. Sophia , Jeff Barrett’s companion, therefore appealed for help to repatriate the injured in complete safety.

The quadruped had VIP access to the plane containing 8 seats. His benefactors helped him climb the stairs and settle into a comfortable seat. Food and water were made available to him. The companions literally took care of the courageous dog, who brought so much to the citizens bruised by the accident.
